GEAR UNITS
Our versatile units are designed to seamlessly integrate with any IEC motor and can replace most gear units without requiring changes to the base setup. They offer the added benefit of preventing oil spills, a common concern when separating integrated motors from gearboxes. This ensures peace of mind for our customers, providing efficient and environmentally friendly solutions for their industrial needs.
DYNAMIC BALANCING
With extensive practical expertise, we specialize in dynamic balancing and troubleshooting vibration issues in rotating machinery. As the agent for Durr Africa, South Africa's premier balancing specialist, we are dedicated to adhering to the highest standards of balancing quality as per ISO 1940/1. Our capabilities include rapid dynamic balancing of single rotors or small batches within 24 hours of receiving an order.
We ensure the performance and integrity of our precision Schenck dynamic balancing machines through rigorous maintenance and calibration using ISO test rotors and weights. This meticulous approach allows us to conduct MARU (minimum achievable residual unbalance) and URR (unbalance reduction ratio) tests, ensuring the sensitivity and accuracy of our balancing machines. Upon completion of each balancing task, we issue balancing certificates upon request, providing assurance of our commitment to precision and quality.
MECHANICAL SEALS
Our fully equipped department specializes in comprehensive services for mechanical seals across all industries. As proud agents for first4seals™, we offer a complete range of solutions including service, maintenance, and manufacturing. With an on-site repair workshop, we efficiently refurbish mechanical seals from all manufacturers.

ROTATING EQUIPMENT
We offer comprehensive in-house service and repair for a variety of rotating equipment, specializing in machines such as pumps, turbines, compressors (both reciprocating and rotary), gearboxes, motors, and generators.
Our capabilities extend to component refurbishment, which includes advanced techniques like micro welding, precision grinding, and chromium-plating.
